1. Scope of Services: 

J&J Maintenance and Development LLC (referred to as “J&J”) agrees to provide maintenance and development services as outlined in the agreed upon contract or project scope.

2. Payment: 

Payment terms will be outlined in the contract or project scope and must be adhered to by the client. Any additional costs incurred due to changes requested by the client will be discussed and agreed upon before work is completed.

3. Timelines: 

J&J will make every effort to complete services within the agreed upon timeline. Any delays in completion due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to the client as soon as possible.

4. Changes and Cancellations: 

Any changes to the scope of the project must be communicated to J&J in writing. Cancellations must also be communicated in writing and may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in the contract.

5. Confidentiality: 

J&J agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any information to third parties without the client’s consent.

6. Ownership of Work: 

Upon completion of services, all work created by J&J will become the property of the client. J&J retains the right to showcase the work in their portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.

7. Liability: 

J&J is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by the client as a result of the services provided, unless due to negligence on the part of J&J.

8. Termination: 

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing with a 30-day notice. Any outstanding payments must be resolved before the termination of the agreement.

By agreeing to these terms, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms outlined above. Any disputes or issues that arise will be resolved through communication and negotiation between J&J and the client.
